A facility in which imported goods may be stored for up to five years before being withdrawn for consumption and subject to applicable duties.

What is Bonded Warehouse?

Bonded warehouses are secure storage facilities or areas in which dutiable merchandise may be stored for up to five years from the date of importation. Depending on the type of facility, manufacturing processes may also take place in a bonded warehouse.

Additional Refund Terms

You have 90 days from the date of purchase to submit your bond application. After 90 days, bond fees are forfeited and are nonrefundable.
